Sign up for bidding now!

The auction is only two days away! You’ll need to sign up with proxibid on sullivanauctioneers.com prior to the auction to be eligible to bid. It’s quick and easy to sign up, but we encourage you to do this today or tomorrow so IF there’s any trouble signing up, we have time to resolve the issue.

You will be asked to put your credit card information in the secure system to insure you’re a real person, but your card will NOT be charged for the items purchased. Payment will be made by cash or check when the items are picked up in LaHarpe.

To sign up, click on “Create Account” under the Sullivan Auctioneers logo and follow the easy prompts to set up your username and password.

Once your sign up, you’ll scroll through the auction dates until you see our logo and auction details. Click on the OFOP logo to enter the correct auction.

A list of items and photos will be displayed as early as Thursday evening. The auction will be live online, so beginning at 6pm Saturday evening, you’ll be able to see Jim calling the auction, and the photos and lot numbers being auctioned off. This is where and when you’ll place your bid. You must be logged into your account to be able to bid, so please be sure to login a few minutes early to make sure you’re ready to go.

For those who do not have access to a computer, smart phone, or tablet, we will have designated bidders willing to place bids on their behalf. If you know someone in this situation, please have them call Ashley at (309)333-6146 to arrange a time to look at the items beforehand and to give her their highest bid on their chosen item.

Thank you for your patience and your participation! See you online Saturday night!
